Salmon en croute

With spinich mushroom salad. The salmon was cooked perfectly.
Props to Gordon Ramsay for the recipe.
The missus enjoyed it very much.

And to think I started the day with creton and wonderfully cooked over easy eggs.

It finished off an awesome MAY-24 weekend!
